WE OFFER 45-DAY HASSLE FREE RETURNS!

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING, THAT MEANS YOU MADE A PURCHASE WITH US WHICH WE ARE BEYOND GRATEFUL FOR. WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES THE FIT OR COLOR ISN'T JUST RIGHT AND WE ARE HERE TO HELP. YOUR RETURNS SHIP FOR FREE AND ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 45 CALENDAR DAYS OF PURCHASE.

 

To be eligible for return, items should be in purchased condition, unworn, with original tags still attached. Items must be received within 45 calendar days of original purchase date in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Items with signs of wear or damage may be refused at our discretion.

*Company shipping or manufacturing delays are taken into account and will not count against your return time frame

Customized items are not eligible for returns.

Once items are deemed eligible for return, exchange or store credit will be processed. Please allow up to 7- 10 business days to complete return process.

How do I return?

  • Log into your store account to start a return request (RMA Request)

  • Mail your items back using the provided shipping label

What items are returnable? 

  • Items within 45 days of original purchase date

  • Items that are unused and in resellable condition

  • Items in the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are not eligible for return? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized Items

  • Accessories including but not limited to masks, scrub caps, socks, and drinkware etc.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 5 days of the delivered date via telephone or email.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants based on availability. If your requested exchange items are not available you will receive store credit.

What are the refund options?

How do I ship back the items?

Return shipping labels are provided in your original package. Please reseal the original package with tape and mail back with the provided label. If your package does not include a return label, please email contactus@dopescrubs.com for a label.

 

How soon will I get my store credit?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be updated via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the request will be processed within 7 - 10 business days after approval.

How do I return my backorder or pre-order item?

Once ordered, backorder/ pre-order items are processed for manufacturing and not eligible for cancellation. Customer may request an exchange or store credit after the order has been fulfilled.

What happens if the items I want to exchange for are not available?

If your exchange item is not available at the requested time, we will issue store credit for your items or we can reserve your items once they are restocked if that is your preference.
