MakING a difference
Dope Scrubs is dedicated to investing in underrepresented youth to help them realize their dreams of joining the healthcare profession. We do this through mentorship, scholarships, and partnerships with organizations such as the SNMA (Student National Medical Association) and intend to increase our impact as we grow. A portion of every purchase is dedicated to supporting our mission and making a difference in our communities.
Through our platforms, we are purposeful about increasing the visibility and amplifying the voices of people of color in the healthcare field. By increasing representation, we aim to impact the next generation and change the statistics of the healthcare workforce.
"Growing up and until now, most people in the medical field that hold high titles and qualifications never looked like me, that needs to change."
-Eniola, Founder of Dope Scrubs

LET'S TALK HEALTHCARE CAREERS: A MENTORSHIP EVENT
In collaboration with Rush University's SNMA, Black Nursing Student Union, and Men in Nursing at Rush, we held our first of many mentorship events. This virtual panel consisted of current and future medical and nursing professionals at different stages in their career journey. This panel discussion focused on personal journeys and experiences, as well as tips for those interested in pursuing careers in nursing and medicine regardless of their educational background.
Life's most persistent and urgent question is, "What are you doing for others?"
