I placed or want to place an order and I want to know about shipping delays.

Our shipping and processing times are slowly returning to normal, we'd like to thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times. Currently, new orders require 3 to 7 business days to process and ship. At this time we are not able to accept orders requiring Next Day or Express shipping. My items were backordered, when should I expect them?

Due to the current global pandemic, our supply chain has been significantly disrupted which has caused us to have significant shipping delays for backordered items. The timeline for receiving inventory has been unpredictable and we do not want to further disappoint you all by providing specific dates. We understand how frustrating and disappointing this is for you all and are continuing to provide resolution options, as well as, fulfill backorders as we receive our new inventory.

How we are working to fix this in the time being:

  •  Introduction of our Back Order Resolution Form as a temporary way for us to streamline how you'd like for us to handle your backorder fulfillment process. Please complete this form to let us know the best way to get your order resolved.

  • Extended customer service hours via telephone to ensure that we are able to address any concerns/ questions that may arise. Our team can now be reached via telephone at (312) 313-1668 or (312) 929-2973 from 11am- 7pm CST Monday through Saturday. We can also be reached via email at admin@dopescrubs.com. Our Chicago location is also open for in person order fulfillment and order pick-up, 688 N. Milwaukee Ave. Suite 201 Chicago, IL. (Key in Door Code #009)
